Order changed/stock was available and now is not
We apologize if you have placed an order, received confirmation and then received a call or email a day or two later to say the product is no longer available.
Since the start of the pandemic, some of our suppliers at times have struggled to get stock into the country (like most other industries)
Sometimes we send orders to our suppliers who only then notify us that the particular lines are on backorder. Unfortunately they are not always able to pass us this information before we send an order. This is equally frustrating to us as it is to you and we like nothing less than to have to cancel an order due to our supplier not being able to fulfill an order.
Rest assured, there is plenty of stock on hand and it is currently very rare to have to cancel an order due to no stock availability. We will always contact you first to advise the stock situation and we usually are able to offer a short waiting time or several alternative products.

Simply email us with your contact information, delivery address and the products you ordered. We will check the system and manually send your invoice and any other information you need.
