I need to cancel my order, what do I do?

Depending on the status of your order, we may be able to cancel it before it has been dispatched with the courier.

Generally if you cancel an order before it has been collected by the courier, there will be no additional charges and a full refund will be given. If however you request to cancel an order after it has been dispatched with the courier, restocking fees will be applied. For more information please see our returns policy.

All order cancellation and return requests must be sent via email to ensure accurate record keeping.
We do not accept cancellation requests via sms, chat, Facebook etc.
Your cancellation or return request will be confirmed in writing, replied to your email request.
If you have requested to cancel an order but not received confirmation, please contact us asap.
