I'm so disappointed at Cope Sensitive Freight
We agree that Cope sensitive freight does not have the best customer service. Unfortunately we have to deal with them every single day.
There are not many other options for sensitive freight within a similar price range that Cope charges.
Sensitive freight is what we require for most of our appliances due to their fragile nature.
If you are unhappy about Cope Sensitive freight, we are happy to get a few quotes from other couriers and provide you with options, please message us to discuss further.
Please understand, Cope is not "our" delivery company. They are their own company, like Toll, TNT, AusPost etc.
We agree that their customer support could use a lot of improvement however we would appreciate it if you could let them know directly about your experience.
