We send tracking numbers as soon as we recieve them from our suppliers!
Once you receive your tracking number, use Track My Order at the top of any page
You can also submit your order number and email in our chat and you will receive an automatic reply, instantly.
If the Track My Order page is not working or if you haven't received your tracking number after 3-4 business days after placing your order, don't panic!
Simply submit a ticket or email support@restaurantequipment.com.au and we will contact the courier and update you as quickly as we can.
Please allow a few days after placing your order before requesting your tracking number. Rest assured once we receive your order, it will be dispatched and delivered as quickly as possible, even if you don't immediately receive your tracking number.
All products are dispatched directly from our suppliers' warehouses and not our own. This is to save time, prevent unecessary double-handling and ultimately get your order delivered sooner. After your order has been collected by the courier, our suppliers send the tracking numbers (still a very manual process) This is why we do not provide a tracking number, instantly at the time of placing your order.
