Yes, you can collect from either Melbourne, Sydney or Brisbane depending on stock availability. Unfortunately eBay does not let us exchange addresses or contact information before ordering, which makes arranging this a little tricky. Please let us know which city you prefer to collect from and we will check local stock availability.
After you have completed the purchase on eBay but before paying, you can request the seller to update your invoice and we will change it to remove the automatic delivery fee.
Once payment has been completed and the order has been processed, we will provide collection details.
Please note that all fridges and freezers must be transported in an upright position or the warranty will be voided. Please make sure you have a vehicle large enough to fit the item.
The collection warehouses have forklifts on-site so loading won't be an issue.
If you can't transport the freezer in an upright position, let us know your suburb and postcode and we will let you know what the delivery cost will be.
