Orders received on marketplaces such as eBay, Amazon, Kogan, Catch, MyDeal & Trademe do not send payment for your order immediately. In fact after you pay for your order, it typically takes around two weeks for us to receive payment from the marketplace's accounts teams. 

Because of this reason, your invoice will have been created however is not yet marked as paid. We are happy to send you the invoice as unpaid now, or we can send it through in a week or two once it's been marked as paid.
