During periods of lockdowns, collections will not be available. In normal times however, customers are welcome to arrange their own collection after an order has been processed. 

We understand that some customers prefer to save money by collecting orders themselves and we apologize that this is not always available, due to various lockdown related reasons.
We have private couriers in most capital cities who are available to deliver your order within 2-3 business days or even on the same day, depending on the product you need. 

We recommend having your order delivered to ensure fast and safe deliveries. Also, the small delivery fee is usually much cheaper than the cost of doing your back while trying to lift a fridge!

If you insist on collecting your order, simply contact us and we will do our best to assist where possible and within local regulations.
