Can I arrange a service call?

All brand new products come with minimum 12 month warranty.
Some products come with 2, 3, 4, 5 or even 10 years warranty, depending on the brand and supplier.
If you are experiencing an issue with your product during the warranty period, Restaurant Equipment Online will arrange any service calls and support from our suppliers.

Even after your warranty is finished, we can arrange a service call for your equipment for a small fee.

If you need to have your equipment serviced, please contact us via submitting a ticket or email (support@restaurantequipment.com.au) with your needs and we will try our best to assist
